Princess Leia Action Figures

Princess Leia is the twin sister of Luke Skywalker. They were raised apart in an effort to keep the Emperor and Vader from finding them. She was in later kidnapped by Vader and eventually rescued by her brother. Leia does not find out that Luke is her brother until Return of the Jedi. Leia is the only main female protagonist in the first Star Wars Trilogy. Everyone can remember her attempt to free Solo in Return of the Jedi, from Jabba the Hut.  
Kenner made the first Princess Leia action figure in 1977, the first year the action figures came out. Again in 1980 they designed a Princess Leia toy in a different gown. In 1981 Princess Leia got another miniature in yet another dress. When Return of the Jedi debuted, Kenner put our two more Leia action figures. On EBay you can find Princess Leia vintage Starwars action figures. For a Star Wars fan the Princess Leia collectible is a must have.
